Wow - 6 weeks and we closed on it. We have been in the house for 5 of the last 9 nights. It is everything we wanted and more.

We cannot thank you enough for all your patience and hard work. When we first started looking it seemed as if we would never find the perfect house. We found it hard to compromise on the type of house and the privacy we were looking for. You were tireless in the amount of houses you found for us to see.  And each time we got closer and closer. You answered every question we could come up with: taxes, zoning, locations. The relationship we developed with you was one of trust and understanding. You made it easy. And you never gave up. We almost did - but you kept looking for us.

We hope we have been one of your fun "yearlings". It has been an absolute pleasure working with you. Your candor and knowledge and energy was exactly what we needed and you saw it through.

4 years ago friends introduced us to Copake Lake, and Lindsay LeBrecht-Funk of Copake Lake Realty.
